Spacious and bright, excellent plumbing, fantastic amenities

its location was good and stunning, right by the downtown of siena, the centre of the city and the center. i really enjoyed how friendly and courteous the staff members were.

Overall it is a nice hotel and we appreciated the stay, the location was marvellous in the downtown of Siena. Very welcoming staff, they smile all the time.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, but the street noise was a real problem.

This hotel met expectation! Came here for 1 night stay, had a pleasant experience. The room was reasonably large and airy, also it had smoke detectors. The staff were amiable, helped with any issues.

Nice hotel, staff were amicable and rooms were airy. I really enjoyed the room with double beds. Everything here was perfect. The location was unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from a medieval bricked square. The restaurant was located within 400 feet.

The kitchen was well-equipped, great to whip up good homemade meals .

The apartment was quite noisy, especially during the early hours from street cleaning and late-night conversations outside.

The check in process was remote, and of course, wrong, because why wouldn't it be? The parking is a nightmare, unless you have an 'act of god' to score a spot. I expected at least a small gesture for all this nonsense, but apparently that's too much to ask. Could've been good, but just couldn't deal with the incompetence.

Street noise can bother light sleepers!!! Taxis are hard to find during peak season!!! A better check-in process would remove confusion!!!

The apartment felt spacious, perfect for our family. The kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, allowed us to prepare breakfast each morning with ease. Large windows filled the space with natural light. The location was prime, just a short walk from the Duomo and other attractions. The check-in process was confusing. Directions to our room were unclear and led us to the wrong one for over an hour. It was a fantastic stay with just a few bumps.

Perfect for families

The apartment was super spacious for our family! We enjoyed the lovely kitchen, made breakfast each morning and had enough room to spread out, seemed like home.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the space and amenities, it felt okay.

Incredibly bright and spacious condo with perfect amenities. Ideal location within walking distance to all historical sites, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended!

The apartment was bright and spacious, with large windows letting in plenty of light. It was also conveniently located close to restaurants and shops.

getting to the apartment was a bit challenging as some roads were closed🚧. however, the spaciousness of the apartment and a beautiful outdoor terrace made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the free breakfast had an amazing variety!

This spacious two-bedroom apartment was a dream! The large, comfortable beds were perfect for a family getaway. We loved how modern the kitchen was, great to whip up breakfast easily. Plus, the location couldn't be better. Right next to the Duomo and surrounded by fantastic eateries!
